This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23472 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23472 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
