This petition has been filed seeking to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the order in C.No.12/Town PS/Erode/2024 dated 17.11.2024 passed by the 2nd Respondent and to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct demonstration near Surampatti Naal Road, Erode.

2. Though the petitioner challenge the order in C.No.12/Town PS/ Erode/2024, dated 17.11.2024, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation seeking permission to conduct demonstration before the 2nd respondent. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent/The Inspector of Police, Erode Town Police Station, Erode District is directed to conduct an enquiry and dispose the same in accordance with law.
