ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P No. 16884 of 2024.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to that effect the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Further, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time to comply with the conditions. 12-12-2024 pbl TO The Inspector Of Police, F-3, Nungambakkam Police Station, Chennai.
