ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willfully and deliberately violating the order of this court dated 18.08.2023 made in W.P. No.24024 of 2023.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this court has been complied with by the respondents. In this regard he has also produced a copy of the proceeding of the Managing Trustee - TNCSC Employees Contributory Provident Fund Trust, TNCSC dated 11.03.2024. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed.
