This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at about 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.24330 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24330 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
