Respondent COMMON ORDER The applicants are having the benefit of an interim order in O.A. No.1134 of 2019 since 19.12.2019. Both the learned counsels would also submit that in all probability they shall report settlement of the dispute on the next hearing date. No useful purpose would be served, if 1/3
O.A. No.1134 of 2019 is allowed to be kept pending that too when the applicants are having the benefit of an interim order in the said application, since 19.12.2019. Accordingly the interim injunction granted in favour of the applicants on 19.12.2019 in O.A. No.1134 of 2019 is made absolute and O.A. No.1134 of 2019 is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent to raise all objections in case the dispute goes for arbitration.
2. Similarly, no useful purpose would be served, if O.A. No.46 of 2020 is allowed to be kept pending that too when the applicant is having the benefit of an interim order in the said application, since 29.01.2020. Accordingly the interim injunction granted in favour of the applicant on 29.01.2020 in O.A. No.46 of 2020 is made absolute and OA. No.1134 of 2019 is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent to raise all objections in case the dispute goes for arbitration.
