The present petition has been filed seeking to relax one the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on all working days at 10:30 a.m until further orders by order dated 12.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20719 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is still pending. 3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20719 of 2024 by order dated 12.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
