C O M M O N O R D E R At the time of admission, this Court has stated that the pendency of these Writ Petitions would not tie the hands of the Assessing Officer from disposing the Applications under Section 84 of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006. Today orders dated 23.01.2020 are produced wherein, the Officer has disposed the Applications. A copy of the order is placed on file.
