This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18139 of 2024 by this Court vide order dated 30.07.2024, to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in Spl.S.C.No.164 of 2024 pending on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Dharmapuri. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 02.01.2025.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18139 of 2024 vide order dated 30.07.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Dharmapuri, in connection with Spl.S.C.No.164 of 2024 on 02.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
