This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24273 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24273 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
