The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 1st respondent to dispose of the stay petition filed by him along with revision pending on the file of 1st respondent challenging the order of eviction passed by the 2nd respondent.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 1st respondent already passed an order in the stay petition filed by the petitioner on 25.11.2024. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
