This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners in DVC.No.26 of 2025 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, personal appearance of the petitioners are dispensed with for the present. However, as an when necessity arises, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court below in DVC.No.26 of 2025, on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur.
