The names of the respondents are printed in the cause list today. The 1st respondent has been served through Substituted Service and the 2nd respondent has been duly served by the receipt of the notice from the learned counsel for the plaintiff. Till date, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents. This Court by its order, dated 13.12.2023 granted an order of interim injunction as prayed for in O.A. Nos.1051 to 1053 of 2023. Since the defendants have been set exparte by this Court, the interim injunction granted by this Court on 13.12.2023 in O.A. Nos.1051 to 1053 of 2023 is made absolute and the said applications are allowed as prayed for.
2. A. No.6581 of 2023 has been filed seeking to combine the cause of action. Since the respondents have not entered appearance and since this Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of A.No.6581 of 2023 as sufficient cause has been shown, this Court is allowing A. No.6581 of 2023. Accordingly A. No.6581 of 2023 is allowed as prayed for.
3. Await service of suit summons on the defendants.
4. Post the matter on 04.04.2024.
