The learned Advocate Commissioner has seized the vehicle on 27.12.2024 and a report has also been filed to that effect.

Private notice sent to the respondent has been returned with an endorsement 'Unclaimed' and I find that the said notice has been sent to the very same address which has been furnished by the respondent in the lease agreement. Hence, I deem it fit to the close this Application. Accordingly, this Application is closed.
