The appeal is against the very same common order made by the learned single Judge in several writ petitions [W.P.Nos.34752, 34756, 34760, 34764, 34776, 34778, 34779, 34785, 34789, 35242, 35245, 35246 and 35247 of 2022] dated 18.03.2024. A writ appeal in W.A.No.618 of 2025 against W.P.No.34779 of 2022 was filed by the Government and we had, by order dated 10.03.2025, dismissed the said appeal. 2/4

Hence, we see no reason to interfere with the order of the writ court. This Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
