PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent vide the proceedings in F.No.27/RIFD/Pay / 01/2017-18 dated 28.04.2017 on the file of the first respondent and Lr.No.AU/CCC/Orders/2019, dated 23.10.2019, on the file of the third respondent to quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultravires and consequently direct the respondents to extend the petitioner service as teaching fellow.
