This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every morning at 10.30a.m., and evening at 5.30p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24568 of 2023 dated 31.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30a.m., and evening at 5.30p.m., until further orders.
