This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17799 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24450 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders by order dated 09.11.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month for two times and thereafter as and when required.
