ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.803 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18545 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police every Saturday of every month at 10.00 a.m.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.803 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18545 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
