Crl.M.P.No.32 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23630 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH., J The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to deposit the amount before the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Krishnagiri, in Crl.O.P.No.23630 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. The time already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of two weeks from today to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23630 of 2023 vide order dated 19.10.2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
