ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 07.12.2023 made by the property Old Survey No.427/1 Part, New Survey No.668/7, Patta No.630, Property total extent of 2508 sq.ft., (Electricity Connection No.056-001-179) the petitioner property situated at Door No.1/230, Sholavaram Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallu District by strictly complying with the provisions of existing law by the 3rd respondent to survey the property.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 07.12.2023 with a request for surveying the property, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits the case directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
