The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for records relating to impugned Charge Memo in Na.Ka.No.21620/2016/A4 dated 04.12.2019 issued by the fourth respondent and to quash the same.
2.This petition is today heard through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who was present along with her, placed her submissions before this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13091 of 2018 on 17.09.2020, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
