(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Sriram, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the first respondent and Mr.A.Arun Babu, learned Standing Counsel, for respondents 2 and 3.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Chennai Corporation submits that the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2023, complaining of alleged unauthorized construction put-up by the fourth respondent, would be considered on its own merits, expeditiously.

3. In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
