R1 and R2 remained exparte before the Tribunal. Since the claimants seek enhancement of compensation in the presence of the 3rd respondent / Insurance Company, notice to R1 and R2 may not be necessary.

3.Interest to be reckoned only from the date on which the appeal is taken on record.
4.The Registry is directed to number the above appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order. Once the above appeal is numbered, the Registry is required to club C.M.A.No.2416 of 2023.
