When it was pointed out that the nature of dispute relates to title of property, which cannot be decided in a Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to raise all his contentions by impleading necessary parties in the Suit in O.S. No. 65 of 2023 pending before the District Munsif Court, Perundurai and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
