2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff as well as the learned counsel for the defendant also submit that the parties are exploring the possibility of settlement. Since the applicant / plaintiff is having the benefit of interim injunction from 12.12.2023, the interim injunction granted in favour of the applicant / plaintiff in O.A.Nos.1047 to 1049 of 2023 is made absolute and O.A.Nos.1047 to 1049 of 2023 are allowed as prayed for.
