This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 208 days in representing the Review petition SR.No.169722 of 2024 against the judgement and decree passed in S.A.No.451 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 208 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
