ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the State to accept the affidavit and extend the time by a further period of four months to complete the investigation of the case and to file final report as per the directions given by the Madurai Bench of this Court in its order dated 07.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2754 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.312 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13873 of 2024.

2. Taking into consideration the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit of the petitioner dated 11.06.2025, time to comply with the order dated 07.03.2025, is extended by a further period of three months from today.
