This application has been filed to permit the applicant to withdraw the sum of Rs.24,20,000/- deposited in towards rental arrears as confirmed by the certificate of funds issued dated 08.02.2022 in the name of the first applicant/first defendant in C.S.No.269 of 2020.

2. The respondent has deposited the rents before this Court and the suit filed by the respondent/plaintiff has been dismissed. The applicant being the landlord is entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent.

3. Considering the averments in the affidavit filed along with the application and as the applicant is entitled to withdraw the amount, this application is Ordered.
