ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2030 days in filing the second appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Prasad, learned Government Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu and Mr.G.T.Subramaniam, learned counsel for the third respondent.

Mr.G.T.Subramaniam, learned counsel for the third respondent, strongly opposed the petition to condone the delay. He pointed out that after the appeal suit was disposed of, two writ petitions were filed, contested and dismissed. 4.
The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the medical records produced from the year 2007 are unacceptable. This Court is not convinced that sufficient cause has been made out, as the reasons for the delay have not been properly explained.
