O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.266 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 447 and 294(b) of IPC.

2.It is reported by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the parties have arrived at a compromise and pursuant to the said compromise, the 2nd respondent had agreed, not to press the allegations in the impugned First Information Report. The petitioner and the 2nd respondent appeared in person and have filed a joint compromise memo signed by them and their respective counsel.

3.In view of the compromise arrived at by the parties, the impugned First Information Report is quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
