par with the properties at Secretariate Colony, Vandikaran Street, Chakrapani Street and Link Road which are situated at Zone-13, Adambakkam, Chennai.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2023.
2. Mr.P.Prithvi Chopda, learned Standing counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent had passed the Resolution No.63 on 23.05.2022 stating that the demand for the property tax of the petitioner will be reconsidered. 2/5
However, they had not passed any order in terms of the said Resolution. Therefore, with regard to the same, the petitioner had made a representation dated 29.05.2023. However, the respondent had neither considered the said representation nor taken any steps to pass orders in terms of the Resolution. Hence, this writ petition.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2023 will be considered at the earliest in accordance with law.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.
6. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2023, in terms of the Resolution dated 23.05.2022, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
