PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned District Munsif, Krishnagiri to dispose the suit in O.S.No.95 of 2012, pending before the court, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.95 of 2012.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same even without notice to the respondents

3. A perusal of adjudication papers included in the typed set would indicate that defendants 2, 6, 7, 9 & 18 were dead and the matter has been adjourned for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the 2/4

deceased defendants. It is also seen that the trial in the suit is already commenced and P.W.1 is cross-examined. In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to take necessary steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased defendants within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Once, the appropriate steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased defendants are taken by the petitioner/plaintiff, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

4. With these directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.No costs.
