Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2019 and thereby for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to extend the same benefit of enhancing the compensation in respect of the petitioner's land to the extent of 100 sq.meters comprised in Survey No.14/6B at Puthagaram Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District as extended for the identical claimant in respect of the lands in S.No.13/1D, 13/2 and 13/1E an extent of 2094 sq.meters being enhanced from 300/- to Rs.750/- per sq. ft., i.e., from Rs.3228/- per sq. mtr to Rs.8070/- per sq. mtr by virtue of his proceedings in RC.
