This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 10.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.12160 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24714 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
