Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to

the enquiry report dated 31.10.1998 submitted by the fourth respondent and the order made in Ref.No.MDUC/DAC/52/F92/99 dated 11.01.1999 by the third respondent and consequential order dated 8.1.2000 and the order made in Ref.No.MDUC/DAC/52/F92/99 dated 11.1.1999 by the third respondent and consequential order dated 8.1.2000 and the order made in Ref.No.IRS:DP:MDUC:117:PS dated 2.6.2004 by the first respondent and quash the same and reinstate the petitioner in service with all the attendant benefit.
