ORDER
The learned counsel for the plaintiff has made the following endorsements: "Counsel for the plaintiff submits that prayers (c) to (g) are not pressed and the suit may be decreed as per prayer (a) and (b)."
2. The learned counsel for the defendant, on instructions, is agreeable to the same. She has also counter signed the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff. In terms of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the suit is decreed as prayed for in the endorsement. However, the other reliefs sought for in the plaint, viz., prayers (c) to (g) are not pressed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff as seen from the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff on instructions.
3. The learned counsel for the defendant on instructions is also agreeable to the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff. In terms of the endorsement
made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, which has been agreed upon by the learned counsel for the defendant on instructions, the suit in so far as prayers (a) and (b) are concerned, is decreed as prayed for by the plaintiff. However, in so far as the prayers (c) to (g) in the plaint are concerned, the same are not granted by this Court as agreed upon by both the parties to the dispute. The endorsements made by the respective counsels shall form part of this Judgment. No Costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
