Mrs. A.B. Reehana Begum, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that the enquiry has been fixed on the revision petition dated 06.09.2018 filed by the Petitioner, at 2.45 p.m. on 14.02.2020 before the Second Respondent.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. The Second Respondent shall ensure that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. After affording full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, the Second Respondent shall consider each of the contentions raised by the parties and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law, and shall communicate the decision taken to them under written acknowledgment and file report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 31.08.2020. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
