Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to rectify the mistake of his mother's name as Annalakshmi instead of Ammalakshmi in the patta and subsequently effect the mutation of Revenue Records based on the petitioner's application vide application No.2024/0154/02/015073 on 18.10.2024 within stipulated time.

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to rectify the mistake in the patta regarding the petitioner's mother's name which has been entered as Ammalakshmi instead of Annalakshmi and subsequently effect the mutation of revenue records based on his application vide application No.2024/0154/02/015073 dated 18.10.2024, within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the patta has been issued in the name of the petitioner on 04.12.2024, no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
