3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4. Similarly placed persons filed writ petitions before the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).Nos.8402, 23402, 27368 and 15344 of 2023 and dismissed the writ petitions by an order dated 11.01.2024.
5. In view of the order passed by this Court, both the writ petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
