(through video conference) Heard Mr. M.R. Jothimaninan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.Prabhu, Learned Additional Government Pleader (Forests) and perused the materials placed on record,

apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner as Plot Watcher and pay all monetary and other service benefits in terms of the order dated 26.09.2013 made I.D. No. 57 of 2011 and to appoint him as Plot Watcher in Supernumery Post as per the G.O. Ms. 95, Forest Department dated 07.08.2009.

This Court by a separate order dated 30.07.2020 in W.P. No. 4638 of 2020 has set aside the order dated 26.09.2013 in I.D. No. 57 of 2011 which has been sought to be enforced in this Writ Petition. In view of the same, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition.
