This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 01.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19545 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that all the four petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
