This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, Pollachi East Police Station, Everyday at 10.30 a.m., imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26302 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent once in a week for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.
