This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 12.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15769 of 2023 to report before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and on all Court hearing dates in Crl.M.P.No. 15769 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 14319 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., till conclusion of trial apart from court hearing dates.
