This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.5(b) imposed upon the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.23744 and 23747 of 2023 dated 13.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily once at 10.30a.m., for a period of 25 days and thereafter, weekly once on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.30a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
