The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect as follows:- "the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition as crime number not known of 2023, with liberty to file fresh petition with crime number."

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition with correct details.
