When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2. On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is seen that this Court, vide order dated 13.09.2024 in W.P. No.26847 of 2024, directed the petitioner to vacate and hand over vacant possession of the quarters to the 1/3

2nd respondent on or before 11.11.2024. Admittedly, the said order has not been complied with. Instead, the petitioner filed an extension petition on 29.11.2024. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.

3. The time granted by this Court has already expired on 11.11.2024. Nearly more than a year, the petitioner's request for further extension at this belated stage is wholly unsustainable and devoid of merits.

4. Accordingly, W.M.P. No.39550 of 2024 stands dismissed. However, it is left open to the respondents to act further, in accordance with law. 25.02.2026 vsi2 To
