These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 204 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 7 th respondent in the above first appeal; (ii) to bring on record the respondents 8 and 9 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased 7 th respondent in the above first appeal as respondents 9 and 10 in the above first appeal and (iii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 7 th respondent in the above first appeal.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all the above CMPs are allowed.
