This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.3 imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10659 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4850 of 2023 dated 01.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30a.m., for a period of two times and thereafter, relaxed.
