This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17035 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20741 of 2023 dated 08.11.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month for two times and thereafter as and when required.
